Why One Good?
When we were dating my husband would try to impress me with romantic (and corny) lines. He would be very serious while saying them and, at first, I’d think it was so sweet. Then he’d get on a roll and pump his fist, making me laugh, to which I would say, ‘Ooh, that was a good one.’ It got to be a running joke and we even had one of his lines, along with, ‘good one’ engraved on our wedding rings.
Years later, when our son became seriously ill and I was diagnosed with autoimmune conditions, we looked inward, at our food and lifestyle, and to God. We changed everything. After struggling with reactions to ingredients and chemicals in food and household products, our goal was to not have to worry about what was in them. We started cooking and baking from scratch and eliminating the typical household chemicals so we knew what we were taking in. This lead us to make our own home and body care products.
While we still haven’t found all the pieces
to the puzzle, life experiences and the increasing amount
of people who are struggling with their health, sadness, and confusion brought even more clarity to the fact that only
God can provide the life, truth, and happiness that we are
all searching for. For this reason, our products are made
from scratch with oils that held powerful meaning in ancient times that still hold true today, connecting us to Him in
the way we care for ourselves and others; for One good.
